About the Workshop Trainer

Michael Goldman is the senior consultant and president of Facilitation First. He received his Masters Degree in Communication Disorders followed by certification in Mediation and training in Organizational Development. He has facilitated strategic planning sessions, process improvement projects, team formation and intervention initiatives. With over twelve years in the field, Michael facilitates and designs interventions to meet the changing need of our clients’ business strategies.

Among his areas of expertise, Michael has a passion for team interventions, guiding strategic planning sessions, and building internal capacity. To date he has edited four books on facilitation and team-building including bestsellers Facilitating With Ease! and Facilitation at a Glance! Check out Michael’s blog
