In-House Advanced Facilitation Strategies
BackgroundUntil a few years ago facilitation was a poorly understood and vastly under-utilized skill set known mainly to consultants and Human Resource specialists. In the last few years, more people have come to recognize just how important facilitation is to group effectiveness. These same people have also come to appreciate the challenges of facilitating well.
This two-day advanced skills workshop aims to provide experienced facilitators with additional process design skills and equip them with the techniques required to deal more confidently with challenging situations.

- To add to the experienced facilitator’s repertoire of tools and techniques
- To explore and clarify the boundaries of facilitation
- To provide insight into the types of challenging situations that facilitators encounter
- To strengthen planning and design skills
- To provide opportunities for further practice and coaching in a supportive environment
