In-House Advanced Facilitation Strategies
Background
Until a few years ago facilitation was a poorly understood and vastly under-utilized skill set known mainly to consultants and Human Resource specialists. In the last few years, more people have come to recognize just how important facilitation is to group effectiveness. These same people have also come to appreciate the challenges of facilitating well.
This two-day advanced skills workshop aims to provide experienced facilitators with additional process design skills and equip them with the techniques required to deal more confidently with challenging situations.

“I cannot express how appreciative I was both for Michael’s expertise and the session’s information. I was very pleased that it not only met my expectations but exceeded them by far! I have already (just this morning) applied key portions of the Advanced workshop learning and received positive feedback on this.
Thank you for continuing to offer these types of profesisonal and informative workshops...we need and enjoy them!”
