The Project Management Institute now recognizes ‘meeting facilitation’ as a core competency of project managers. Facilitation First is happy to offer two kinds of services to support the development of this competency. We offer PM’s practical meeting facilitation training that also earns them Professional Development Units.
Our professional meeting support services are offered to project teams when it is beneficial to have an ‘external’ facilitator design and run your meeting.
